  •  Serve as the primary contact during the onboarding phase. 
  •  Work with the central team to tailor onboarding practices for Germany.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role. 
  •  Strong knowledge of German regulations and market conditions. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Proficiency in using digital tools for training and onboarding. 
  •  Fluent in German and English.
